Southern Fried Festival

Now in its second year, Southern Fried - Perth's annual festival of American roots music, features a fantastic line up of both established artists and exciting newcomers. Conceived by Horsecross, the creative enterprise behind Perth Concert Hall and Perth Theatre, the festival offers the widest choice of Americana of any comparable festival covering all the roots music bases with acts ranging from blues to bluegrass, New Orleans jazz and funk, soul, country and rock.

Artists include Lucinda Williams, Booker T, Los Lobos, Hayseed Dixie, Mary Gauthier, Jason Ringenberg, Diana Jones, The Midnight Ramblers, The Felsons and many more.

There will also be daytime activities such as music workshops, kids' activities and Southern Fried themed food tastings.
