Big Tent Festival 2009

25/07/2009 - 26/07/2009

Tickets for Big Tent 2009, Scotland’s largest eco festival are now on sale.

Stalwarts of the Scottish folk and fusion "acid croft" scene, Shooglenifty is one of the first bands to be confirmed as headliners on the Big Hullabaloo main stage. More headline acts will be announced soon.

Also confirmed, is classical, rock, jazz and tango act Mr McFall’s Chamber as well as multi-talented musical clowns, The Chipolatas.

The core of Big Tent’s music philosophy, given the setting of the event in the shadow of the ancient Palace of Falkland, is to showcase traditional Celtic music and explore the global connections and fusions with the wider world music.
