Technical help
This site has been built to work well in all current versions of the most popular browsers. It will work well in many less popular web browsers, and many older browsers too. It has been tested with a number of assistive technologies, such as Jaws Screen Reader.
Because we want the site to be accessible, and so that we can make full use of technical advances in Internet technologies, the site may not work perfectly in very old browsers, such as Netscape 4.
For this reason, if you have a very old browser, we recommend that you upgrade it.

If you are having difficulties watching the video, or listening to the audio clips on the site, you may need to download some free software.
