The Maeve Gilchrist Trio

Featuring three jazz tracks from the talented 19-year-old clarsach player, pianist and singer, and her band.

Maeve is 19 years old.  She studied at the City of Edinburgh Music School and plays the clarsach, piano and pedal harp.

And if that wasn’t enough she also sings. Maeve was awarded a scholarship in January 2003 to study jazz at Berklee College of Music in Boston. The exciting scholarship will help Maeve expand her talents in jazz singing and piano and to improve her (already outstanding) abilities on the harp.
