Planets Suite by Gustav Holst

Recorded by the National Youth Orchestra of Scotland on 9th and 10th August 1993 in the City Hall in Glasgow.

The Planets, composed between 1914 and 1916, is a suite of seven movements. Holst's starting point for the music was the astrological character of each planet.
