Impact of the Recession: Survey of Scottish Arts Council Funded Organisations
This report presents the findings of a survey carried out with our funded organisations which captures their experiences of the recession and its impacts. Around 70% of our funded organisations (organisations in receipt of foundation or flexible funding) took part in this research which was commissioned by the Scottish Arts Council.

Cultural Co-ordinators in Scottish Schools - Final Monitoring Report
We commissioned ERS Research and Consultancy to undertake a review of the Cultural Co-ordinators in Scottish Schools. This monitoring report represents findings from the first phase where data was provided by Local Authorities regarding the delivery of the Cultural Co-ordinators in Scottish Schools programme in their area. The study is now moving into the second phase, which comprises a more in-depth evaluation and further reports will be made available. The study will conclude in January 2010. |

The Scottish Arts Council commissioned EKOS consulting to undertake this large scale evaluation of artists residencies funded through the partners programme. Designed to engage people who would not traditionally take part in the arts, partners artists residencies were found to be valuable in their distinctive approach. As a result of this the Scottish Arts Council is currently planning to re-launch the partners artists residencies programme, more details will be provided when available. |

This report, commissioned by the Scottish Arts Council, presents an analysis of information gathered on the education work and the strategic and operational approaches of organisations in receipt of Scottish Arts Council foundation funding (Foundation Organisations). The data collected revealed a number of patterns and commonalities in the way that organisations perceive and approach education work.
