The Scottish Arts Council Disability Equality Scheme is in two parts. Part One is a written element identifying our position on key areas of our operations, and Part Two is an action plan that indicates what we aim to do and how we aim to do it. The action plan is essential – it shows what we will do, how we will measure it, who is responsible and when actions are planned to occur.
