Application forms and guidelines 

The application form, supplementary information forms and guidelines for individuals are now available for the financial year 1 April 2009- 31 March 2010 and can be downloaded below.  

To apply for funding choose the artform that applies to you:

• Download the individual application form and guidelines.
• It may be necessary to fill in a supplementary information form when applying for certain funds.  Please refer to the guidelines for further information on which template to download.

We can provide the documents below in a variety of different formats including large print and PDF on request.  Please contact our Help Desk to find out more.

Deadline dates

Please note:  not all of the deadline dates listed below apply to all of our funding priorities.  Please check the specific funding information for details of the deadlines for the fund you wish to apply to.

Deadline date for applications:	Time we need to make a decision:	The date by which you will be informed of our decision - your project must not start before this date:	The date by which we will send you an offer letter if you are successful:
18 January 2010	10 weeks	29 March 2010	23 April 2010
Fast track	4 weeks	4 full weeks from receipt of your fully completed application.	Maximum 8 weeks from receipt of your fully completed application.

*Important note:  Fast track applications for activity taking place before 31 March 2010 can only be accepted until 26 February 2010 (unless otherwise stated).  We regret that we are currently unable to accept applications to our Fast Track funds for activity taking place on or after 1 April 2010.
