What you can buy You can buy paintings, sculpture, prints, artists’ film and video, artists’ new media work, photography, jewellery, metalwork, ceramics, glass, furniture and textiles by living artists.

Look out for the pink Own Art logo displayed by gallery members of the scheme All galleries who are already members are listed on the Participating Galleries page - you can see where the galleries are and what they have to offer. New galleries will be added as they join the scheme. To buy a work of art with a loan (typical 0% APR) you will need: A bank account in the UK that can handle direct debits Proof of identity with your address on it To be over 18 years old and a UK resident

The participating gallery that you buy from will help you complete the credit agreement.  After satisfactory credit checking, a standing order will be set up to make your repayments.
