Tae get your juices gaun we;ve the brawest Indian food fur ye Goan specialities caller oot o Scotland's seas. King prawns hottered wi a sauce, tomatay, ingan, special spice; a yoghurt pickle mixter-maxter, rice maskit wi fine rose watter. Try Shabnam, a recipe fae the fithills o the Himalayas; a wee paratha oan the side, Basmati birled wi mustard seed. A toothsome dish wi plenty teeth, oor het an sharp Jalfrezie isnae fur the chicken hertit! -jist for fowk that like it gey het. Afore yer meal comes tae an end, ye've goat tae try the brawest blend o Indian and Scottish flavours: vegetable HAGGIS fritters!
