Over the past year there have been opportunities to learn stage make up skills, drama skills, samba drumming skills and set design to name but a few. December’s panto themed workshop will see the project come to an end. |
Participants will have the opportunity for a backstage tour and to view the pantomime sets of the two Christmas shows. Then with help from the experts, groups will devise and perform their very own Christmas pantomimes. Oh yes they will, oh no they won’t, oh yes they will…..!!!
In addition to the workshops, the Tron have two spirited festive treats in store for families. Following last years box-office smash Aladdie, Forbes Masson returns to the Tron with this year's panto-fest, Weans in the Wood, another hilarious re-working of a traditional tale. As an extra special treat we have the award-winning theatre company Catherine Wheels with The Snow Baby, a magical, enchanting festive show sure to delight children aged three and above and their families and friends.
