This new exciting children’s arts venue situated in Glasgow’s city centre will complement the work Giant already do by allowing a regular programme of creative workshops and exhibitions to take place in a space specially designed to be fully accessible and child friendly.

Features include a dedicated storytelling area for children and families and a training space for all those wanting to develop and share inclusive arts practice.

'I really like the workshop space, because there is a lot of room to do art, and also there are so many bright colours which makes it feel friendly. The space is good for all different types of art, so that makes it even better…'
Molly Dawson, aged 10

Outside In

Giant kicks off the run up to summer with a new series of fully accessible Saturday workshops for kids at The Giant Workshop Space.  Running from 9 to 30 June 2007.

All Creatures Great and Small - for children aged three to five years old.  Using felt and other materials, pick a character, create a creature and tell its story in these gentle multi-sensory workshops.

Seasonal Surprises - for children aged six to eight years old.  Explore the four seasons through drama, drawing, props and painting at these multi-art form creative sessions.
